Shipment;

Items purchased are usually sent within 48 hours as payment is cleared. Please leave your contact phone number (Both mobile number and a fixed number) for delivery purpose. Your items will be delivered to the address you send to us by email. Please make sure your address provided in email is a residential address (not a PO Box). Please inform us if the address is a PO Box or different with your current. Pick-up from Clayton South, Vic warehouse is available. Please allow a few days for goods to arrive as goods are sent via a courier service.

Tracking of deliveries is available. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your goods within a few days after purchase. We are not responsible for transit times as we use a 3rd party courier service.

To make sure you receive the item quickly, the courier will call you to confirm the delivery date. Please send us your phone number after you have won the item. Note: there has been cases where the driver may be in your area with your item on board and thus arrive unannounced.

Goods will be delivered by a single driver. Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, someone must be at home to sign for the delivery and assist the driver with unloading goods if required. Warranty;

There is a 7 days DOA warranty on the Skyrunner Sports, where should your chairs fail within 7 days of delivery, Skyrunner Sports will replace the entire machine. After the 7 day DOA warranty expires, a 12 month parts only warranty applies from the date of delivery, where should your machine fail, Skyrunner Sports will help to replace any faulty parts, with all shipping cost at the buyers expense. Any shipping and labour associated with the parts will be at the buyer¡¯s expense. Returned parts are subject to inspection, and must be found deemed faulty due to a manufacturing fault. The warranty does not cover any of the following:

  • Damage caused by general wear & tearDamage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect assembly
  • Any parts that have been modified or taken apart

Return Policy;

If your product arrives with a fault or DOA (dead on arrival) notification must be given within 7 days. We will either send replacement parts as required or replace the item. Any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. We will then return the repaired or replacement item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. Approval to return an item under this policy must be granted before an item is returned. Returned items found in working condition will be sent back at buyer¡¯s expense. All shipping costs is on the buyers responsibility and are non refundable.
